Job Summary:

Parsons International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect to join our team. As a key member of our landscape architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative landscape solutions for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine aesthetic design and practical technical solutions for the planning of external spaces, including hardscapes, softscapes, and streetscapes.
  • Provide complex technical solutions and prepare full technical packages from concept design through to tender and contract documentation.
  • Develop construction packages that include construction details for all built forms within the external works packages.
  • Design and specify all external finishes, level changes, walls, minor structures, drainage, and water features.
  • Design and specify all plant materials, planting medium, and preparation of the site, contours, and grading.
  • Prepare high-quality landscape concept drawings and technical design packages.
  • Contract administer projects and liaise with junior team members.

Requirements:

  • BSc Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of related work experience with preferably comparable position in the GCC.
  • Ability to manage design and specialist consultants with strong experience in landscape architecture.
  • Working knowledge of principles of landscape architecture and construction.
