About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Endocrinologist to join our team at Prospect Health. As a Consultant Paediatric Endocrinologist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to children with endocrine disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and manage a range of endocrine conditions in children, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and growth hormone deficiency.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication, surgery, and lifestyle changes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including paediatricians, surgeons, and specialist nurses.
  • Conduct research and contribute to the development of new treatments and guidelines.
  • Provide education and training to junior doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • UK/Ireland CCT/CCST or equivalent qualification.
  • American Board Certification (only approved boards by American Board of Medical specialties accepted).
  • Canadian Fellowship (RCPSC) with 3 years post-board experience.
  • Fachartz (German Board).
  • 2 years post-qualifying experience at a full consultant level.
  • GMC Specialist Registration (no malpractice issues).
