The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content strategy and marketing, with experience in creating engaging and interactive content. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop content that meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain a content strategy that supports organizational objectives.
  2. Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels (e.g., websites, social media, newsletters).
  3. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and validate content.
  5. Optimize content for search engines and user experience.
  6. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  7. Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  8. Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and training manuals.
  9. Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging learning experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content strategy or a related field.
  • Expertise in adult learning instructional design methods and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and learning management systems.
  • Other languages, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi.
