AJMAN UNIVERSITY is seeking a highly qualified Academic Faculty Member in International Commercial Arbitration to join our esteemed faculty. As a key member of our academic team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality courses, conducting research, and providing exceptional student support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Curriculum Development: Develop and deliver courses in International Commercial Arbitration, considering the University's Three Fundamental Standards: Teaching, Research, and Services.
  • Student Evaluation and Support: Evaluate and monitor individual student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure student success. Research, organize, and manage instructional resources, course outlines, and community networks to achieve course objectives.
  • Accreditation and Community Engagement: Support and participate in accreditation initiatives, and perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in English.
  • Program Planning and Implementation: Ability to develop and deliver presentations, work effectively with diverse communities, and create, compose, and edit written materials.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of computerized student information systems and advanced use of technology in the education process.
Qualifications
  • Education: PhD Degree in law directly related to the field of Arbitration.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of teaching experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced use of technology in the education process, including delivering classes via presentations and using e-learning systems.
