About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for the pre-commissioning and commissioning of EPC facilities, with a focus on rotating machinery.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Pre-commissioning and commissioning of EPC facilities, including rotating machinery.
  • Development and implementation of comprehensive commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists.
  • Collaboration with multicultural project teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance as needed.
  • Training and mentoring of junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contributions to the development of best practices and process improvements within the organization.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 17 years' experience in a similar position, with expertise in ICAPS or similar proprietary completion systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing multicultural teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, with a strong understanding of EPC projects and processes.
