We are seeking a Contract Negotiation Specialist to join our team at Al Nahiya Group. As a key member of our Supply Chain Department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supplier Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Suppliers to ensure their awareness of NPCC and motivation to work with excellence.
  • Vendor Registration: Manage the planning and execution of targeted market research to timely and effectively support the development of commercial strategies and the decision-making process.
  • SRM Function Development: Develop and lead a world-class SRM function and capability that will include SRM supplier audit and assessment, supplier registration, and supplier performance management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate with all levels in the Supply Division and with Management in other departments to ensure alignment and common understanding of objectives.

Operating Environment

This is an office-based job that may require traveling. The position will involve working within a well-structured environment with clear reporting lines and defined accountabilities, guided by section/company policies, Integrity Policy & Code of Conduct, and HSE standards.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant degree
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Procurement/Subcontracts in IT in EPC of the Energy industry
  • 3 years in senior Supervisory positions
  • 5 years in SRM
  • Working experience in Six Sigma, Quality Management, Performance Management, and development/improvement of procedures
  • Track record in developing subordinates
  • High level of English language skills; Arabic language is preferable
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
