  • Understand Project Requirements: Thoroughly comprehend project objectives, goals, and expectations to create innovative and effective visual solutions.
  • Develop Storyboards and Environments: Create detailed storyboards to visualize scenes and design realistic environments for movies, games, and other visual effects projects.
  • Receive and Implement Feedback: Review feedback from directors, animators, designers, and clients, and make necessary edits to ensure high-quality visual effects.
  • Review and Recommend Improvements: Analyze 3D arts and suggest improvements to enhance overall quality and meet artistic standards.
  • Create 3D Sculpts and Assets: Design and develop 3D sculpts and assets that meet artistic and technical requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve any problems that arise during project work, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Communicate with Clients and Team Members: Meet with clients, designers, and directors to discuss and review projects, deadlines, and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Certificate, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of biology for medical illustration.
  • Portfolio and Experience: Strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects.
  • Software Proficiency: Excellent working knowledge of industry-standard software, including 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Maya.
  • Creativity and Artistic Skills: Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with an eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional Development: Willingness to remain up-to-date on the latest creative software and hardware.
