As a Logistics Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Delivery Station. This involves providing leadership to Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants, and Delivery Service Providers, as well as managing external agency relationships and performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will need to thrive in an ambiguous environment where no idea is a bad idea, and the best ideas are those that should be tested and tried.
We're looking for someone who can oversee the operation that focuses on the Amazon Logistics operation, support their team in daily management of the station, and utilize software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts.
