MHE Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MHE Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of heavy equipment, including forklifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on MHE equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with MHE equipment.
  • Operate diagnostic tools and maintain parts inventory.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in relevant MHE repairs & other equipment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency to operate diagnostic tools & maintain/record parts inventory.
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic system leaks & electrical issues.
  • Physically fit.
  • Decent communication skills.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently.
  • This role involves working in a warehouse environment and requires the ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
