Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned B2B/SaaS account manager to manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth.

About the Role

This role is responsible for developing revenue streams across retention, upgrades, upsells, and positioning new products and solutions to the existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong consultative selling approach, negotiation skills, and the ability to understand and communicate technical SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management & Sales: Own and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring customer retention and revenue growth.
  2. Identify Upsell Opportunities: Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  3. Establish Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and drive account success.
  4. Develop Strategic Plans: Develop strategic account plans and track progress against them.
  5. Lead Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years in SaaS sales or B2B enterprise account management, managing large or complex strategic accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
