MEP Project Manager

The primary focus of this position is to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining MEP scope, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of MEP engineers, designers, and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective communication and efficient resource allocation.
- Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their MEP requirements and expectations, and providing regular project updates to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budget and Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met, and costs are controlled, while also managing resource allocation to optimize MEP project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure MEP systems comply with industry standards and client specifications, conducting regular inspections and reviews to uphold the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in MEP project management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, proficient in project management software and MEP design tools.
