**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Sailor 1st Class to join our team at ConFlip. As a Maritime Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vessels and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain ship equipment, including engines, pumps, and navigation systems.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting, cleaning, and repair work.
  • Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to ensure safe navigation.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures while on board.
  • Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and report any issues to superiors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sailor 1st Class.
  • Valid certification or license for operating ship equipment.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work long hours and in various weather conditions.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
