Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement. Proactively identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client growth and retention. Monitor client performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize their success. Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing success. Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to address product or platform queries.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track account performance using CRM tools such as Monday, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM. Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on progress and performance. Stay informed about market trends and industry updates to provide valuable insights to clients.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in account management, customer success management (CSM), client relationship management (CRM), or business development management (BDM). Previous exposure to the iGaming, software, or cryptocurrency industries is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools like Monday, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms. Knowledge of iGaming platforms, payment gateways, blockchain tools, or other B2B products and services is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of B2B business models and client dynamics. Flexibility to travel.
