  • Divide complex concrete construction projects into manageable stages, evaluating labor and material requirements for each phase.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may impact project quality and completion.
  • Consult blueprints, drawings, and plans to guarantee accurate concrete structure placement and installation.
  • Delegate tasks to concrete laborers and provide guidance to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of hours worked and materials used for each project.
  • Ensure formwork and shoring are erected, supported, and dismantled according to engineering designs and drawings.
  • Inspect concrete after formwork removal and instruct laborers on defect correction and surface finishing.
