Key Responsibilities

  • Own the creative process, leading ad production from ideation to scripting to editing.
  • Edit high-performing ads that drive millions in revenue on Meta and TikTok.
  • Analyze performance metrics and refine creatives accordingly, ensuring data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and design, to ensure ad creatives align with business goals.
  • Stay ahead of trends, monitoring viral video trends and platform changes to keep our ads competitive.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in video editing, specifically for direct response marketing and social media ads.
  • A proven track record of producing high-ROI ad creatives.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant editing tools.
  • Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing and consumer behavior.
