Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in ESG, sustainability, business, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred, especially for recent graduates.
  • Experience in ESG: Familiarity with ESG & Sustainability, ideally within the workplace technology sector. Knowledge of ESG reporting, Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions, and BSI 14001 management is advantageous.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong abilities in communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commitment to Sustainability: A strong dedication to promoting social responsibility and sustainability as key elements of positive change. A genuine desire to contribute significantly to our ESG objectives.
  • Strategic Insight: Understanding of sustainability management and strategic planning.
