We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at PrecisionHire Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, performing account reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that our organization meets the necessary tax, permit, and licensing requirements. Additionally, you will assist with annual reviews and audit preparation, collaborating with our executive team to establish more effective processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and trend analysis
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure compliance with tax, permit, and licensing requirements
  • Assist with annual reviews and audit preparation, collaborating with the executive team
  • Provide financial information and analysis to support business decisions
