Job Description

**Job Title:** Entertainment Technical Operations Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Entertainment Technical Operations Manager to join our team at فرح اكسبيرينسيز. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Entertainment Technical areas, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of all Entertainment Technical areas to identify any issues or areas for improvement, and report findings and corrective actions needed to ensure compliance with SOPs and job plans.
  • Make recommendations for upgrades and training requirements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Entertainment Technical operations.
  • Support the Entertainment Technical Senior Manager in managing the on-site Entertainment Technical team, including providing guidance and direction as needed.
  • Meet divisional goals and metrics, and ensure that safety, health, and environmental matters are followed and adhered to at all times.
  • Support and manage all events, including live shows, to ensure that they are executed smoothly and to the highest standards.
  • Assist in vendor selection and approve all designs ahead of project start-up to ensure that they meet our requirements and standards.
  • De-snag all open technical projects from third parties, and manage and mitigate all time losses and claims to minimize disruptions to our operations.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and meet with Farah Leisure/industry standards.
  • Lead the maintenance activities and distribute work to the team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist HR in its recruitment activities, including conducting interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for our team.
  • Conduct appraisals for team members and establish and set their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure that they are meeting their targets and contributing to the success of our team.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of our Entertainment Technical areas.
