About the Role

A Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and providing support for efficient operation of fleet activities and collaborating with various stakeholders within the logistics team and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate transportation rates & services, manage customs documentation and clearance, handling & compliance of MOFAIC, COO, TDRA, etc. requested by the customs government.
  • Collaborate on export documentation, handle freight invoices, and fulfill management-assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate timely shipments with freight forwarders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse for the import of products.
  • Arrange for helpers or office assistants for timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Ensure that products are handled with care.
