Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at SEHA. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing specialist psychological services to patients and carers.

About the Role
  • Provide highly specialist one-to-one clinical psychological consultations within areas of specialization.
  • Develop psychosocial formulations for those service-users with the most highly complex problems so as to inform and guide intervention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Managerial
    • Ensure effective coverage to various service areas or populations and settings.
    • Collaborate with senior clinical psychologists in the provision of consultative services internally and externally.
  2. Technical
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate risk management plans for clients within their caseload.
    • Evaluate treatment options, taking into account theoretical and therapeutic models, and highly complex factors concerning historical and developmental processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Promote high-quality psychological services to patients and carers via direct clinical work and indirect collaboration with other team members.
  • Participate in decision-making for and evaluating treatment options.
