Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partner: Collaborate with the executive team to shape and implement impactful strategies across all subsidiaries.

  3. Dispute Resolution: Act as a mediator, facilitating effective dispute resolution to maintain cohesion across entities.
  4. Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes and enhance productivity at every level.
  5. Cultural Champion: Represent our values and promote a unified culture across the group.

Requirements:

  1. Executive Leadership: 10+ years in executive roles, including 5+ years at the group or multi-entity level, supporting C-level executives in complex, multi-subsidiary organizations.
  2. Operations & Project Management: Proven track record in executive operations, project management, and leading cross-functional initiatives to optimize performance.
  3. Conflict Resolution & Communication: Skilled in conflict resolution with exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging senior leaders and maintaining alignment.
  4. Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that align with group-wide objectives.
  5. Communication & Mediation: Expertise in conflict resolution and mediation to ensure harmony across diverse teams.
  6. Advanced Project Management: Proficient in managing large-scale projects across multiple teams and entities.
  7. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess and improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  8. Degree Requirements: Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred, or a related field.
  9. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Conflict Manager are a plus.
  10. Cultural Fit: Commitment to upholding company values and fostering a cohesive organizational culture.
