Job Description: Sisco Jobs is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman Engineer to oversee the daily operations of our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in the oil & gas construction industry. Key responsibilities include supervising construction workers, reading and interpreting project plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Site Supervision: Direct and lead construction workers on oil & gas projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Project Planning: Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions to perform tasks assigned.
  3. Quality Control: Monitor construction operations to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
  4. Team Management: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction specialists to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
  5. Inventory Management: Estimate material and worker requirements to complete jobs, managing inventories and ordering supplies as necessary.
  6. Client Relations: Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.

Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering and oil & gas construction industry, excellent English communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
