  • Adhere to HSEQ Policies and Procedures

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures, and follow proper personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.

Operate Workshop Equipment Safely

Utilize workshop service and lifting equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSA's) as required.

Assemble Torquemaster Components

With minimal supervision, prepare and assemble Torquemaster components in accordance with product and process specifications.

Set Up and Operate Assembly Equipment

Configure and operate assembly equipment, tools, and fixtures necessary for assembling, inspecting, and testing products.

Electrical Assembly and Quality Control

Set up and monitor electrical assembly processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance product quality.

Collaborate with Assembly Supervisor and QA

Work closely with the assembly supervisor and quality assurance team to ensure product quality by identifying and resolving assembly-related issues.

Record and Document Assembly Activities

Accurately record and document all assembly-related inspection and test results, materials, and tools used.

Maintain a Safe Working Environment

Ensure a safe, clean working environment in compliance with company policies and procedures.
