Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages to the highest standards.
  • Perform daily operational tasks, including requisitioning product orders, setting up necessary products and equipment for service, and executing opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure orderliness, tidiness, and smooth operations, and promptly notify the manager of any observed discrepancies related to procedures, quality, or standards.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents positively, ensuring guest satisfaction through high-quality service.
  • Place orders for necessary items by coordinating directly or indirectly with suppliers, following established guidelines and product-specific requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English.
  • A minimum of zero to two years of experience in F&B Operations, or a similar role.
  • A high school degree.
