We are Teachmecode, a Multi-Strategy Investment Manager with a successful track record spanning over twenty years. We seek a highly skilled Cloud Platform Engineer to design, build, and implement a Greenfield .Net, Python, and Azure based PaaS (Platform as a Service) offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures that support Agile development practices.
  • Lead the creation of standardized deployment patterns for .NET and Python.
  • Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines.
  • Grow the team; you will be the first hire into this team, with two more Application Developer level individuals to be hired over the next twelve months.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Development and Cloud operations.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in STEM field.
  • Minimum 10 years' Application Development and Architecture experience.
  • Current expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC.
  • Minimum 3 years' Python.
  • Experience with IaaC tools - Chef, Ansible, Terraform.
  • Experience of Docker/Kubernetes (AKS or EKS).
  • Minimum 5 years' Cloud experience with either Azure/AWS.
