Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Property Consultant to join our team in Savills Middle East. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving individual monthly sales targets, managing data using our CRM, and maintaining a high professional profile at all times with smart business dress. You will also be expected to research and highlight any competitor activities, build excellent working relationships with clients and team, and network with other professionals in the market to strengthen work opportunities and relationships.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets as set by management
- Full property sales process from instruction to transfer
- Qualify leads and manage data using the company CRM
- Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling/leasing property, including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materials
- Continually network and identify business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with the latest local and national property market information and laws
- Abide by RERA and RICS business standards and codes of ethics
- Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments
- Perform duties to a high professional and ethical standard
- Maintain a high professional profile at all times with smart business dress
- Research and highlight any competitor activities
- Build excellent working relationships with clients and team
- Network with other professionals in the market to strengthen work opportunities and relationships
- Presents to potential clients and conducts viewings
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify creative and innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business in conjunction with the marketing team
- Have a full understanding of relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase, sale, or lease of a property
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a full understanding of relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase, sale, or lease of a property. You will also need to be able to present to potential clients and conduct viewings, as well as identify creative and innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business in conjunction with our marketing team.
