We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at Etihad Airways. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing internal communications across our Operations Division.
About the Role- Develop and implement an internal communications strategy to support business priorities and drive employee engagement.
- Create high-quality communication content across multiple channels, including leadership messages, intranet articles, video scripts, Q&As, talking points, digital signage, and newsletters.
- Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders, supporting them with messaging, tone of voice, and delivery for internal engagement and visibility.
- Lead and execute internal events and activations, such as town halls, roadshows, leadership sessions, and employee recognition events, ensuring high employee engagement and clear, strategic messaging.
- Higher Education / Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years' experience in internal communications, ideally within a large, operational, or customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute impactful internal communication strategies and create multi-channel content.
