About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and contractors working in our data centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of health and safety standards, policies, and practices.
  • Conduct health and safety audits of all data centers to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Develop and maintain health and safety plans for on-site emergencies, business continuity, and other unique events.
  • Maintain safety record keeping and data integrity.
  • Consult and partner with the AWS H&S Program team and legal teams for interpretations and guidance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a health and safety role.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
