  • Implementation and Coordination of Care Delivery: Implement the plan of care in partnership with the patient, family, and healthcare team members, utilizing evidence-based interventions and treatments specific to the patient's needs.
  • Health Teaching and Health Promotion: Utilize teaching strategies appropriate to the individual patient's condition and learning needs, promoting healthy lifestyles and self-management support.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate relevant information across all levels of care and organizations, demonstrating a working knowledge of resource consumption and practices within a cost-effective framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in nursing or equivalent qualification;
  • NLT 2 years clinical experience post qualification in an appropriate setting (Note: Experience requirement waived for graduates of UAE nursing colleges/universities after completion of internship);
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia, and valid/current national license;
  • BLS certification;
  • ACLS and PALS relevant to area of specialty (desired).]
