  7. Risk Awareness: Demonstrate an awareness and understanding of risk management practices and processes.
  8. Client Management: Build and sustain relationships with the client management team for the benefit of the firm, acting as an ambassador and role model for the firm.
  9. Team Development: Identify team member development needs of less experienced colleagues on projects, with particular emphasis on coaching and skills transfer.
  10. Values and Behaviors: Act as a role model with colleagues and clients by living the values of the Firm.
Relevant Skills and Behaviors:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. International Corporate Tax Experience: 3-4 years of experience in International corporate, Tax Consulting / M&A Tax, Tax Due Diligence and Deal Structuring.
  2. Academic Background: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with a strong academic background.
  3. Professional Qualifications: Strong academic background with ADIT/Accounting, ACA, CPA, ACCA, Masters in Taxation or Legal qualification or similar professional qualification is preferred.
  4. International Tax Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in International Corporate Tax including international holding structures, tax treaty network, fund structuring, tax policy and tax risk management.
  5. Business Development: Basic knowledge of tax accounting, transfer pricing and global mobility-related tax principles, business development, client relationship and client management.
