Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire & Life Safety Consultant to join our Fire Engineering team in Dubai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading tasks on projects, delivering high-quality results, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead tasks on projects and report to seniors and associates
  • Deliver projects to a high standard, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Maintain high-quality deliverables, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
  • Act as the main point of contact for project delivery, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Conduct fire safety design, drawing reviews, inspections, and preparation of drawings and reviews for authority submission and approval
  • Prepare and issue final fire safety strategy reports and studies as assigned by seniors and associates
  • Lead the development of fire safety design deliverables, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices
  • Act as project manager for fire safety and multidisciplinary projects, adhering to AESG project management standards
  • Meet project timelines for design, report, and submission tasks, including client meetings and workshops
  • Maintain traceability and version control for all generated design and technical submittals
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of projects, ensuring client satisfaction and company goals
  • Pursue ongoing professional development through training modules and other opportunities
  • Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) and its processes, achieving expected outputs
  • Conduct all fire safety activities in a quality, healthy, and safe manner, reporting any observed problems or risks to concerned heads or personnel
Requirements:
  • BSc (BEng) or MSc (MEng) in Fire Safety Engineering or Architecture Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fire protection engineering or consultancy
  • NFPA 101 Certification
  • CFPS Certification
  • Sound technical knowledge in fire safety engineering within residential, commercial, and hotel sectors
