Qualifications

A successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in Infrastructure Projects in the UAE is required.

Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering engineering projects.

Strong technical skills in engineering design, analysis, and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

Excellent project management and leadership skills.

Outstanding communication and mentoring abilities.

Knowledge of industry standards, local building codes, and UAE regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
