About the Role

The Procurement Administrator will report into the Assistant Manager and Manager, Procurement to help maintain and action the day-to-day tasks of procurement, conducting duties in the assigned place of work and providing a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service consistent with standards, policies & procedures to maximise efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness of the procurement process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing PR to PR processes
  • Obtaining quotations from suppliers and evaluating proposals to determine the best options
  • Negotiating with suppliers to obtain favorable cost and terms
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods/services
  • Maintaining accurate records of procurement transactions
  • Collaborating with other departments to understand their purchasing section

About You

The successful Procurement Administrator candidate will have a passion to work in procurement, ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience within a procurement team, or experience within a similar role.

You must have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance, strong communication and be efficient in Excel and Word. Experience working with Coupa is also hugely advantageous.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with the procurement team to ensure the smooth operation of procurement processes.
