About This Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with our experienced team to develop and execute merchandising strategies that drive sales growth and optimize inventory levels. As a Merchandiser/Sales Promoter, you will work closely with our buying and supplier teams to ensure the right products are available on shelves at the right price to interest customers and drive sales.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Product Range Planning: Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and develop comprehensive merchandising strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Sales Floor Experience: Work with our visual merchandising team to design and implement visually appealing product displays that showcase our merchandise and appeal to customers.
  • Promotion and Marketing: Develop and implement promotional activities to increase brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and boost sales.
Requirements:
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience and Skills: Minimum [X] years of experience in merchandising or sales roles, with a proven track record of success in planning and executing product ranges, inventory management, and sales promotions.
  • Certifications and Training: Industry-recognized certifications, such as CPG or RFSC.
