The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting on infrastructure projects and providing expert advice to clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing project requirements and developing customized solutions.
- Collaborating with the business development and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Providing technical product support to clients and stakeholders.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities.
Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or Marketing, Engineering with MBA will be considered an advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales within the building materials, interior design, or leisure infrastructure projects.
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders such as end users, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Experience in dealing with private and public sector real estate developers and government institutions in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of building materials and their applications within the sports and leisure infrastructure industry.
