Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in ESG, sustainability, business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred, especially for recent postgraduate candidates.
  • Experience in ESG: Familiarity with ESG and sustainability, ideally within the workplace technology sector. Knowledge of ESG reporting, Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, and BSI 14001 management is advantageous.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong abilities in communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commitment to Sustainability: A dedicated focus on advancing social responsibility and sustainability as essential drivers of positive change. A strong desire to contribute significantly to the company's ESG goals.
  • Strategic Insight: Understanding of sustainability management and strategic planning.

Benefits

  • 3% pension contribution after the probation period
  • 23 days of holiday in the first year, increasing to 25 days during the third year

Additional benefits include death in service coverage (3 times annual salary) and private medical insurance after the probation period.
