Job Description:

  • Responsible for AI Products: The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, promotion, and management of our AI products, ensuring they remain competitive in the market.
  • User and Market Research: They will perform user and market research to understand user needs within the crypto exchange space, optimize product features, and enhance user experience.
  • Collaboration with Development Team: Closely collaborating with our development team, the AI Product Manager will resolve any issues during product development to ensure timely project completion.
  • Market Performance Analysis: They will monitor market performance of our blockchain products and conduct product optimization through data analysis.
  • Reporting and Strategy: Regularly reporting on product performance and proposing product improvement strategies is a key aspect of this role.
  • New Product Initiatives: Additionally, the AI Product Manager will participate in new product development initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven track record in AI product and project management
  • In-depth financial products knowledge
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
