Key Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate loan applications, conduct credit risk assessments, and negotiate loan terms.
  2. Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and collateral valuation to ensure loan feasibility.
  3. Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients while providing excellent customer service.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources to drive business growth.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with loan policies and regulations.
  6. Prepare loan proposals and present recommendations to loan committees.
  7. Assist clients with loan documentation and closing processes.
  8. Monitor loan performance and take appropriate actions in case of delinquencies or defaults.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lending.
  3. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  4. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
