Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage HR databases, including applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and other relevant regulations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in the same field
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and CMS
- Proven work experience as a recruiter for a staffing agency
- Familiarity with leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
