About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executing PR strategies across the MEA region to maintain a luxury positioning.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with press and stakeholders to secure high-impact coverage.
  • Tracking and analyzing media coverage to monitor market trends and identify opportunities for brand advancement.
PR Strategy Development
  • Working closely with the Communications Manager to develop innovative PR strategies that align with global brand directives.
  • Contributing to the creation of PR strategies that address the specific needs of the MEA market.
Media Relations
  • Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including editors, stylists, talents, and industry partners.
  • Representing the brand at industry events and functions to uphold the image and values.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of photoshoots, events, dressings, influencer programs, talent signings, and content creation initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Tracking and analyzing media coverage to provide strategic and creative insights.
  • Oversseeing monthly DMR reporting to monitor campaign effectiveness and provide ROI analysis and impact.
  • Compiling comprehensive reports for all PR activities to track campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for brand advancement.
Administrative Tasks
  • Maintaining media and talent lists up to date for press dispatches, gifting, and guest list curation.
  • Supporting with product loans for photoshoots, events, talent dressings, or any ad hoc requests.
  • Coordinating gifting for special occasions and PR partnerships year round.
  • Managing the efficient processing of invoices and vendor payments in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in PR & Communications or related roles, preferably within a luxury brand or PR agency.
  • University degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability for creative storytelling.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of industry and social media trends.
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, particularly with press, talents, and agencies.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates creativity, team spirit, and a proactive sense of initiative.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Passionate about the luxury industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in Arabic.
