With a portfolio of properties in some of the world's most exciting destinations, we offer a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team that is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that showcases the unique experiences and amenities offered by our luxury resorts.
- Manage five social media accounts across Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island and Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort & Spa, creating and publishing high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
- Write compelling captions that engage our audience and drive follower growth, while also preparing influencer content creation briefs and coordinating with PR agencies for execution.
- Implement and lead strategic initiatives for follower growth and audience engagement, staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to inform strategy.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way, cultivating leads and sales, while analyzing campaign data and web traffic metrics to optimize our social media efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of related work experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or social media management.
- Previous experience in luxury five-star hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with ability to source own data and insights.
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
- Self-motivated, ability to identify problems and work methodically to solve them.
- The ability to work independently, highly organized and detail oriented.
- A natural eye for engaging content and visual design.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
