The ideal candidate will possess fluent Arabic and English speaking and writing skills, with at least 5 years of UAE/GCC work experience. They will be responsible for the tactical execution of sales strategies, team management, process optimization, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills to drive sales performance and achieve business objectives.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Sales Process Management: Develop, standardize, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and predictability.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data to gain insights into performance trends and areas for improvement.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical sales data and market trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and finance to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency.


The successful candidate will have:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Operations Manager.
  • Previous experience within the UAE or other GCC countries.
  • Experience in implementing and enabling sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
