POSITION OVERVIEW

As a key member of the MEIAT (Middle East, India, Africa, and Turkiye) Cartier Commercial Partnerships Team, the V.I.E - Business Analyst will play a crucial role in delivering valuable insights to the partner boutiques team regarding network performance and ensuring the optimal utilization of tools and systems essential for managing the business effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Partnership and Area Sales Manager to:
  • Establish annual sell-in and sell-out targets, along with a 5-year budget for all markets related to External Boutiques and Watch Points of Sale.
  • Regularly update rolling estimates/LE on a monthly basis.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Revise boutique dashboards and conduct monthly business reviews with Area Sales Managers.
  • Maintain monthly updates on sell-in and sell-out reports.
  • Prepare weekly estimates and comments for each boutique.
  • Generate regular reports for the partner network.
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Oversee stock management performance for each boutique and suggest action plans as necessary.
  • Commercial Support:
  • Conduct product availability assessments and assist Area Sales Managers with order management as required.
  • Coordinate wholesale or cross-functional projects as needed by the brand.
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to determine target bonuses.
  • Booster & Model Stock:
  • Ensure timely and accurate sales declarations.
  • Verify that stock levels are reported correctly.
  • Facilitate smooth system operations and liaise with clients and IT to resolve usage issues.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to systems.
