We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Cost Estimator to join our team at Al Sahraa Recruitment Services. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and budgets for civil and building work projects.
Key Responsibilities- Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil and building work projects, taking into account materials, labor, and equipment costs.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential projects, evaluating factors such as project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Negotiation and Communication: Evaluate and negotiate prices with contractors and suppliers, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible value for their investment.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress and costs, making adjustments as needed to ensure budget compliance.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of civil and building work processes and procedures, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in using cost estimating software and Microsoft Office, and strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Salary: AED 6,000 - AED 9,000 per month, depending on experience.
