  6. Coordinate the registration of suppliers and vendors.
  7. Issue Requests for Information (RFI) to contractors and vendors as needed.
  8. Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for various hospitality projects.
  9. Estimate costs and control project expenses to ensure budget compliance.
  10. Interpret specifications, price tenders, and prepare contract documents.
  11. Review and check drawings, tender documents, quantities, and estimates to ensure accuracy.
  12. Manage and supervise the Tender/Quantity Surveyor Department, planning and programming workload to ensure efficient project delivery.
Job Skills and Qualifications

Proven 4-5 years of experience in hospitality interiors, fit-outs, and restaurant projects, or fit-out and joinery refurbishments experience as an Estimator or similar role.

Aptitude in understanding project requirements and determining key variables for cost and other estimates.

Ability to gather first-hand information from sites, warehouses, or other sources.

Strong research skills to obtain data on labor costs, materials, and production timelines.
