Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to support EAL students, working closely with curriculum and inclusion teams to ensure seamless integration into the school community.
- Collaborate with teachers to create tailored learning plans, adapting materials and resources to meet the diverse needs of EAL students.
- Provide one-to-one support and small group instruction to EAL students, focusing on language development, literacy, and numeracy skills.

- Proven experience as an EAL Teaching Assistant or similar role, with a strong track record of supporting EAL students to achieve academic success.
- Specialism in German, French, or Spanish, with excellent language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- High level of international and inter-cultural understanding, with experience working in a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of the school community.
