As a GRC Consultant at Vistra, you will play a crucial role in driving global progress by delivering high-quality governance, risk, and compliance services.

Your responsibilities will include performing the compliance officer, money laundering reporting officer, and risk manager functions for several DIFC and/or ADGM based regulated financial service providers.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Deliver compliance officer, money laundering reporting officer, and risk manager services.
  2. Build and maintain partnerships with clients, regulators, authorities, and business partners.
  3. Manage day-to-day activities, including time registration, communication, invoicing, and coordinating follow-up on outstanding invoices.
  4. Communicate any challenges or concerns to management and contribute to collaborative efforts on GRC client projects, framework development, regulatory updates, and quality control initiatives.
