Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Production Optimization Solutions: Develop and implement production optimization strategies to maximize well and field performance.
  • Conduct Integrated Production System Modeling: Use material balance, Nodal Analysis, and surface network software to model and optimize production systems.
  • Well and Reservoir Surveillance: Conduct routine surveillance to diagnose problem wells, implement downhole remediation practices, and prepare field operational procedures.
  • Well Start-up and Shut-down Procedures: Ensure the implementation of adequate well start-up and shut-down procedures for gas and oil wells.
  • Daily Production Monitoring: Perform daily production monitoring and well surveillance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Well Loading Issues and Best Practices: Possess a deep understanding of well loading issues, well deliquification practices, and production best practices.
  • Field and Well Opportunities: Plan and program field and well opportunities, develop surveillance plans, and provide support for business planning.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and update the field completion and stimulation strategy.

Requirements:

  • Deep Understanding of Production Optimization: Possess a strong understanding of production optimization principles and practices.
