Nour Arjaan by Rotana is seeking a professional Bellboy to provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet Guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their stay is memorable.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel information and local services to offer informed assistance.
- Maintain awareness of guest profiles through the Opera system.
- Ensure luggage is carried efficiently from arrival to departure points.
- Handle messages, mail, and packages for guests and employees with professionalism.
- Deliver morning newspapers and guest messages promptly.
- Keep the concierge desk and store room organized and clean.
Skills and Qualifications:
A diploma in hospitality or vocational training is ideal. Strong English communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential.
