The Commercial Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for clients, this individual is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and delivering presentations to prospective clients.
Key responsibilities include achieving and exceeding revenue targets through strategic planning and execution, exploring cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
The Commercial Manager also conducts market research to understand trends, competitors, and client needs, providing insights to refine the company's service offerings and positioning.
